  • Portal/session cookie (necessary): only when you sign in to the customer portal, for authentication.

3. Third parties / processors

  • Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH): sending emails (confirmations, notifications) and managing contacts. Brevo does not set tracking cookies on our website; a tracking pixel may be included in emails. See the Privacy Policy.
  • PayPal: only during checkout; PayPal may set its own cookies.
  • Hetzner: hosting in Germany (server logs as necessary processing).
